Jay Robinson attended the California State University at Fullerton
where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science
in 1968. He received his legal education at the University of
California at Los Angeles, receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree in
1971. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1972. He is
also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District, Southern
District and Central District, California.
Mr. Robinson is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association,
Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and Defense
Research Institute. He sits as an arbitrator on medical malpractice
panels. He also participates in lectures and seminars on insurance
coverage for various groups, including The Rutter Group and The
American Bar Association.
Mr. Robinson is an experienced trial lawyer specializing in
insurance coverage matters, bad faith litigation, and general
liability coverage claims. He also specializes in products liability
litigation, construction defect litigation, landslide litigation,
premises liability, medical malpractice and professional liability.
