Constance Smith attended University of Florida where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1995.  Ms. Smith has 12 years of experience as a registered nurse in critical care, emergency and trauma.  She received her legal education from St. Mary’s University where she graduated Cum Laude in 2010.  While in law school, Ms. Smith was a Staff Editor for the St. Mary’s Law Journal and served as an Academic Scholar.

Ms. Smith commenced her employment with our firm in 2011, and the primary focus of her  practice is health care litigation
